UP10TION takes advantage of its large numbers in its choreography with dynamic formations and quick transitions between dance moves. Choi Youngjoon, who also choreographed Shinhwa's "Sniper" and Seventeen's "Mansae,"is the choreographer behind "Attention" and "So Dangerous." For "Attention," the members are keenly aware of the complexity of their dance moves: "We thought that he would change that move since it was dangerous, but it worked out the more we practiced. We now do splits to stretch everyday. 5 of us do this move in the first verse, but all 10 of us do it in the 2nd verse. We initially thought that only 5 people would do it for the 2nd verse as well, but he suggested that we do two lines to make it look cool" (10Asia).

The members also recognize the relationship between the music and the choreography:  "There are parts in the song where we acted out scenes according to the lyrics. We were contemplating a lot between doing a dynamic choreography and something that is easy for people to remember, and this is the result" (10Asia). Dance versions are taken from elements of the music video, while dance practice versions eliminate the lighting, staging and special effects, allowing viewers to focus on the choreography. Members often use dance practice to improvise on the choreography.
